The gap report
Your gap report
Which federal vehicles your firm wins work under without holding - built from the public record, free, and checkable line by line. It arrives by email, usually within two business days.
- What it says
- What your firm has won federally, in which categories, and whether the public record suggests you already hold the vehicle that gates that work. One page, checkable line by line.
- Where it comes from
- CanadaBuys tender and award notices, federal contract history, and the PSPC holder list, used as published.
- When it arrives
- By email, usually within two working days, in the language you asked in. One email carrying the report; follow-up only if you ask.
What the record can and cannot say
PSPC does not publish the holder lists for TBIPS, SBIPS, TSPS or ProServices. When a report says your firm is absent, it means no award under that vehicle names your firm in the public record. That is evidence of absence, and if you already hold the arrangement the report is wrong and we would like to know.
