Weekly judgment
Once you are qualified, the problem inverts. The opportunities are visible and there are too many of them. A firm of thirty people cannot read three hundred notices a week, and the ones that get read are the ones that arrived on a quiet afternoon.
What you get
Every week, for each client: a short list, with reasons.
- Bid - why this one fits: the category, the incumbency picture, the clearance and certification requirements you already meet.
- Do not bid - and why. This is the half that saves money. A no with a reason is worth more than a yes without one, because it is the one you can argue with.
- Watch - not yet, and what would change it.
Every verdict is written down and kept. Over a year that becomes a record of what we told you and what happened, which is the only honest way to judge whether the service is worth its fee.
What decides it
Deterministic rules against your profile - categories, regions, value bands, certifications, security clearance, and the things that rule you out outright. The software drafts; an advisor decides, and reviews every verdict before it reaches you.
That limit is deliberate. The product is judgment, and judgment that cannot explain itself is a guess with better formatting.
What it covers
Every notice that matches your profile, read and decided each week, and the record of what was said. The bids themselves stay with your team.
